Not so long ago, another Ranger would be awesome, as Aragorn was the only non-rare one. However, with premier and uncommon Ranger versions of Boromir and Arwen, and the advent of Faramir, it is a less useful trait. However, a permanent strength booster for two characters can be just enough reason to use the Lords of the Fort together.
